    The reason for selling these two sites is due to school. I need all the time I can to work on school work.

    It's your typical arcade site with 350+ games, however it has a fairly unique layout with adsense well integrated.

    This is a recipe membership site. It's custom coded with about 50 members currently. This site comes with 11,000 recipes so you can give users content for the next year or more. I have not upselled the membership product yet. The new owner can reap the benefits of that.
