    Hi,
My site was ranking for more than 50 keywords in first page of google but currently by boss is asking it to rank down so what I need to do for it, is it right to disallow the robot.txt or removing it from the root folder. Please its emergency!!!

Add NoFollow meta tag in the HTML code which you don't want to index in Google SERPs.

I Think You Can Use IN Our Site Pages In Meta Tags No Index And No Follow And Second Side You Can Use Robots.txt File. Where You Will Add Code In This File And Stop All Serch Engine

    Sounds strange!
There is one more option, you may go offline for more than 24 hours. Google will slap you with downtime penalty and, zoopp, your rankings are down.

Implement the NOINDEX meta tag on all of the pages that you want removed. Go into your Google webmaster tools account and get Google to crawl the pages you want noindexed. After Google has crawled the pages, you need to block the pages with your robots.txt file. For good measure, you could NoFollow all links pointing to the pages that you don't want indexed.

There is one option available in webmaster tool to remove any link from search engine. It will take hardly 24 hours to remove all the links. Once you add the request for removing the link then google crawler will act as per your request.
