    As has already been mentioned, it is really important not to have any duplicate content on your domain as it will stop any of your other content ranking. Add the noindex meta tag to pages that you don't want indexed such as login pages,shopping cart pages etc.

    The Panda updates are all about pushing quality content, If your sites are providing original, informative content then you have already got a great foundation on which to build. With the recent updates, overly use of on-site SEO can get you penalized.
