    I would advise against oscommerce atleast. Its old and hard to update, customize etc since you have to replace all core files to update or change a theme etc. Prestashop, Magento (for large stores) or OpenCart are good alternatives.

    MAagenro Community edition is good. My second choice is definitely osCommerce then prestaShop and opencart.
