    second how can we view submitted ticket status ? on helpdesk page when i click on login option it just redirect to normal login page and after enter details don't show any submitted ticket details.

    I have been waiting since Feb 29, 2012 to verifying my account. All Documents and Phone verification done. its now 40 Days over. Still Pending verification. I also explained about the documents submitted few weeks back. Are you avoiding my Ticket ID: UUZ-906965? More importantly there is no way to check back my ticket status?
    Is my balance in my account safe? I have verified and using AP since 2006. Again make me discomfort to verify again.
