Best and cheapest hosting for wordpress?

    just what the title says, what is the best and cheapest hosting for a wordpress setup? I used bluehost before but I would prefer something cheaper. I really like their built in wordpress plugin script and I would like a cheaper host with the same feature. My website is only going to be 1 page to display some simple text....

    Have you tried out Asmallorange's Tiny Plan?
