Is it a good idea to use adult advertisements?

I currently just added one adult advertisement near the bottom of my site for testing. I'm using Black Label Ads. My site is not a porn site, it is a technology site with tutorials and such, and I was just wondering what you guys think about me putting adult advertisements on my site? Will it increase my revenue? Will it keep people away from my site? Let loose on your opinions. Thanks.

 

i dot think that's good but it will bring you more traffic.

 

putting adult ad on normal sites usually back fires mate. use google ad-sense and other normal networks such as game advertising and stuff but adult ad is best suited for adult site and may hurt your traffic on a normal site

 

Better use Your content related advertising.

 

Personally, I don't think it's a good idea to put adult advertising on a non-adult site such as a technology site. This can turn away potential readers (especially those underage).

 

Bad idea from the start
it's like surprise chest to readers, specially when there are lots of think to read

 

A total waste of time,you wont gain anything by doing it infact it will harm the site for sure,visitors coming to a tech site dont want to see adult related adverts so they will hit the exit button straight away.Of course its your site you can do what ever you like but you will regret doing it.

 

You'll hurt your visitors. And I strongly feel you should stick to the niche you are dealing with. Not only you lose users, but also get less clicks.
You've gotta drop the idea.

Bad idea ! .. I suggest that you remove it asap. See your website from your visitor's point of view and keep your ads targeted.
