    The only way to find *all* backlinks to a page, is to check every single page on the entire world wide web to see if it links to the aforementioned page. Which is technically impossible, and getting anywhere near it would take a company as big as google to do, even then it wouldn't be accurate, and would not be anywhere near realtime.

    The web, does not support, backlinks. Period.
