Buying Someone to do some data scraping/collection

I need someone to do some data scraping/collection from 2-3 different websites. The data is for UK businesses and will include name, address, website, email, phone number and possibly a description if present.

Basically, the data would need to be collected and organised into a certain format. As data is being collected from a few different sites all duplicates will need to be removed. In total I expect there will be 40,000-65,000 records at the end (once data from all sources has been combined and duplicates removed).

PLEASE NOTE: The data is for UK businesses, and the addresses need to be split into street name, village, town/city, county and postcode. A knowledge of the UK and how addresses work would be highly preferred.
