forum posting or blog commenting?

Well, in that case blog commenting is more effective. Because you won't get do-follow link form forum but will have a chance to get a do-follow link form blog commenting. So, that's why blog commenting is more effective in link building.

 

Personally i prefer Forum Posting. Mostly blogs provides no follow links but we can easily find do follow forums. we can also make friends over forums which is worthy for personal and professional both level. It also produce positive results.

 

If you submit dofollow forum and blog comments submission, sure both are very important for seo techniques friend.

For those of you making a post supporting Blog commenting and Forums posts are probably not aware of the fact that in the last Panda update by Google, it has started devaluating the links from forums and blog comments. Here is what happens:

You make a post on a forum and give signature link or post link. You see a temporary boost in your backlinks and ranking and you are happy. Google is aware of the link and in the next update devalues that link and you will suddenly lose the ranking...

The same goes for blog commenting....These are not very good link building practices to follow these days and I would suggest not to waste further time on them. You could end up getting your site banned as well..

Forum posting is much more productive and the use of targeted anchor text in your signature is good for you. It is good for SEO as well as getting organic traffic. Blog posting is effective if you have something controversial to comment.
