    My ad's status is 'approved'. But it says 'This ad is not eligible to run'.
    Is there anyone can tell me the problem?

    In order to avoid that situation and saving adwords cost. We can manage your adwords campaign at super cheap rate. If your site spend daily $100, you only pay $15. It's really more effective than you do by yourself.

    does ur ad generate clicks? if yes then ignore the message and if no then there may be some other ad in your adgroups having similar keywords.....

    It happen most of the time that whenever you made some changes in your ad copy then it goes under review, if your ad copy is approved then check whether the destination link is working fine or not ?
