    Its true that fake cigarette has almost 5,000 search value per month but your domain has no value yet cause its not aged. So I think you should do some on-page and off-page SEO to increase your site's value.

    FakeCigarettes.org is not a bad domain. Personally, I would say you could get in the low to mid $$ for the domain.

    The big problem here is developing the domain into a website that would attract a large number of visitors and monetizing it to generate an income. This is what i would call a 'negative domain'.

    The search volume of 5k is rather low.

    I also don't see a successful online business selling fake cigarettes doing well on the domain :)
