You want 16 times what your site is making in one month? Way too high, where is your traffic coming from? what keyword is ranking?

Why is that traffic graph rising up only from March? I wonder if sellers are paying for a boost in traffic just to get a graph and sell for big money and the new owner is puzzled when there is no traffic after the deal.
I advice buyers to see past 2-3 months of consistent history before making decisions, it is easy to get high traffic and adsense for 1 month before selling it for big money. Investment to get such traffic+adsense clicks = less than $100, but sites sold for more than $500, but the buyers will be left with a site with no real traffic eventually.

It would be nice if you posted some historic data 1-2 months behind.

 

@trystybizz: Site is getting traffic from March, Nice Suggestion For Buyers, Just look at my this sale, I sold this site : http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2422217 to sarsilmaz in $250 1 month ago and now look at site traffic and earning here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2435692, so its not necessary every seller scam people.

Analytics is saying most your traffic is from the keyword "prom dresses 2012" I just made a keyword check on that on your site and keyword isn't even ranking in top 1000. Please elaborate.

Ok I just checked the first 5 keywords that come up on there and your not ranking for any of them.... When I click that link it shows your getting traffic from 20 different keywords all from google.com in the past 12 hours and yet your not ranking for any of those keywords. Seems kinda odd but maybe you can clear that up for me.

 

Agree with this, cant find any of the ranking keywords. Confused ! :S I have paid SEM rush and it says nothing.... Feedjit says someone arrived searching "white mini dress" and i see what picture from google images. But when I type in the query on both google.com and .ca I see this picture nowhere in the top 1000. I'm not a chick so i'm not 100% sure how they operate but I know my gf doesnt scan over 1000 dresses before clicking on one she likes and wants to see a larger pic of.

OP, can you post a few keywords where it ranks in top 10 in Google?

 

lolz, confused myself too, cant see my site for keywords, but when i look at feedjit user coming from google.

 

Not accusing you of posting fakes, just trying to understand where your traffic is coming from and up until this point you havm't shown me any reference to where your traffic is coming from. How can you expect someone to buy your site this way?
