    You're over exaggerating your stats. It's more like, you get 500 UV's per day and 2.5 dollars of revenue.
    Ofcourse this traffic and revenue proof is for the past 1 month. The website itself has no text content and is fairly new (the domain is 3 months old).
    So you want to sell this website which is not established for 20 months worth of revenue?
