I wonder for high PR sites, how much organic traffic you get per day from google search? The number would be meaningful if you can also roughly tell us in the meanwhile about how many pages indexed at google.
PR has got nothing to do with the amount of traffic you get. It depends totally on your search rankings for different keywords and the popularity of the keywords.
Stupid question you people give to mutch importance to PR this kind of importance should be given to SERPs positions
I'm tired of telling people that they are paying way too much attention to PR. I was at a search engine optimization conference and the speakers all kept stressing PR...when someone asks a question about their rankings the first answer is "well you have to get your PR up". I guess that's why the SEO company was kicked out of Google and they are not even in the top 1,000 for their own company name.......SEO Inc.
AFAIK PR isn't related to SERP.... But my site with high PR get high traffic because SEO that I have done...
Theoritically, there is a link in that, at least, supposedly, high PR sites are given more weight on rankings, but in reality, this isn't always the case.
Some of us more experianced webmasters and seo(not boasting by any means but am very experianced) try and help some of you who may not be as experianced. - we all have different areas we excel over others ins -. What you do with that advise is totaly your choice. PR has NO effect on anybodys rankings and unless Google changes some drastic things it never will. Any seo/company who says it does or charges to raise PR is a fake and you should stay away from them.
That would seem to be correct - higher PR doesn't seem to correlate to better search positions, in my experience. (The next logical question, then, is, 'What is it good for?')
