    HELLOi will suggest you that first you have to learn html and javascript and then CSS this is the best way to learn web designing and i think this is the easiest language to learn compare to java and dot net you can even have e learnings tutorials and audios on lynda.com

    A basic google search will take you to free tutorials from your first "Hello World!" html code, all the way to expert...for starters learn the html basics with an emphasis on understanding "tables" coding and "embedded tables" to layout your webpage...don't try learning PHP, CSS, MySQL, etc until you master those.....

    when I started out years ago, often I would come across a website and have a "how did they do that?" thought. Using a right-click and select "View Source" option you can see how they wrote their code...to find the area of code on a page you wanted to know about, use your browser's "Find" option with a few words from the section of the webpage you were interested in, so that you can find the code related to it.....
