VERY POOR, TOOK MY MONEY AND RIPPED ME OFF !!!

Ok, I can't contain it any more. Unfortunately I can't leave feedback for some reason, which is really making me even more angry at the situation, but I'll give you the run down on what happened.

I contracted her to produce me a logo for my web design company. She sent me the first version...not bad, but needed a little bit of change as it was going to go on a mobile website (this is draft A). No prob, she did a revision, which was more of my liking (version B), but she left out half of the slogan (important? I'd say it is!). So she fixed it and I liked it (Version C). I asked her how to pay for it, which she gave me her PayPal details. Everything seemed good. I paid her $18 for both versions (ie Version A and C), as I felt I could put the first version on a business card. What does she send me ??? Version B and C (ie two that were basically the same!). I quickly emailed her back (ie within 2 mins of her sending me the files) explaining to her that it wasn't what I wanted...did I get a response??? NO!!!!!. And to make matters worse, she did them all in low-resolution, so I can't use them for anything unless it's 320 pixels wide (ie good for a mobile website, but what about my desktop site? Stationery?)

Now, it's been well over two weeks and despite emails and PMs to her here, I haven't got any response, and I feel I was ripped off. I normally don't like speaking ill of people, but I feel I was totally ripped off here.

Therefore, I would STRONGLY advise NOT going through this person. Obviously, she'll do a nice design, but then once you've paid for it, she just gives you a very poor and not very useable version of it.

If I could give feedback, I would definitely give a negative.

Just my experience anyway. If there are any HONEST designers who would like some work, drop me a line

I have an order pending with her. She is currently away from home so probably that's why she is not responding.

She should be back next week and catch up on her orders soon.

Everything has now been rectified and the problem has been solved. I wish I could delete my previous post, as it was all a big misunderstanding. I would like to hereby RETRACT my previous post and give my full support to Nidhi and her designs. If anyone has any questions or concerns, please PM me and I will explain fully.
