    Rose, you are making fool of us. I received an email today after 10 days which is telling that my documents have been declined. I told you about my/our problem, you made a statement here that a passport and bank statement would be enough. Then why are you creating such drama now? Are you playing with me? I am feeling like trapped using AlertPay. I guess, I will have to suffer a lot in the coming days with AlertPay as you guys do not have similarities on your statement....goshhhhhhhhhhhh.....:mad:

    I applied for a AP debit card on 15th march. I got one email which said

    Other than that I didn't get any other email from Alertpay. Should I assume that my application has been accepted? AND they will ship the card?

    Edit : If I receive money via Alertpay how can I be 100 % sure that the source is clean and Alertpay will not suspend my account and refund the money. I am reading many horror stories in this thread so I want to be sure that my money is safe with Alertpay.
    In paypal I understand the buyer has the option to open a dispute before 45 days so after 45 days I will consider the money in my account 100 % safe if there is no dispute. So what about Alertpay? How do you guys work?

    @newbie191@ I got the confirmation email that my card has been shipped after 6 days since I got an email like you got now. So you can expect something similar to that. You card is processing, yet not shipped.

    I am frankly appalled at the lack of response time from alertpay customer service. I sent an e-mail to you on Saturday regarding a failed deposit using my credit card, which I was still charged for and I've sent you a screenshot to prove that was the case. Please could you sort this out? What's the point of saying you are a paypal alternative if you cannot at least match their response times in customer service?

    I have reported this issue to our team in charge. They have been made aware and have already issued the refund. The funds should appear back on your card with in 3-5 business days. It seems there was a technical issue that occurred on the day you created your transaction. This affected a few accounts such as your own. We apologize for the incontinence this has caused you.
