What tools do you use to track keyword rankings?

What kind of tools do you use to track your keyword rankings in the search engines. Are there any quality, preferably free tools that you can use where you can for example input your website url and you can see what keywords this website is ranking for and and how high you are ranking?

I don't use any tool for tracking keywords ranking.Software's doesn't give any surety either keywords ranking is correct or wrong

 

I agree that these keyword tools are nowhere near accurate, but I think that they should provide some ball park figures on how keywords are performing.

I use googles keyword tools too for keyword research, but I don't think they can show how keywords of a specific website is performing?
