- Use a template that I will provide [Make sure CSS/layout is not broken]
- Site must load in a reasonable 3-4 secs according to Google Speed
*** To improve load time, - 'First Byte Time' needs to be fast: this is currently SLOW - how to improve this? Also, Be able to 'Cache static content'
