    Well, if you have money then I would certainly suggest you to buy some real facebook fans/likes for your fan page till it gets noticed by some people around. However if you are looking for free fans, then use the old tactics of posting something interesting with an attractive title and tag and share with your friends. This way your friends' friends will also be able to view your fan page or post ;)

    Add active facebook users in your profile and make sure that they should be of niche of your products and services which you are going to promote via this page. After that invite all the peoples which you have added in your profile when they will like your page then it will drive traffic on your website.
