I wonder if the experts out there can give some suggestions? I used to be using Submitwolf to submit my url when I make changes. Wonder is there any better and more value added than Submitwolf that you can recommend?
You may try SEnuke for doing automated SEO. But, you should always remember automated techniques are not good for long term SEO. Manual techniques works better than any thing else.
SubmitWolf submits a site to Search Engines, Directories and Link pages. But SENukeX is an entirely different software when compared to SubmitWolf. I haven't used SubmitWolf but used SickSubmitter and Incansoft bots for directory submission sometime ago. However at present I prefer manual submissions by outsourcing.
I found a nice package called Ping Monster Software. It seems to work pretty well. Nice thing about it is it's only a few bucks and I'm quite happy with it. I use the more traditional methods, such as outsourcing as well, but a good cheap piece of software can't go wrong. I don't like to work with such kind of softwares. Working with these software's are just spamming. I always work manually and get good results as compared to softwares.

I would advice you to do this manually! And always keep the title and description UNIQUE. This way, you would get more weight to your backlink
If you're looking for a solid foundation, than i will suggest you to do everything manually or hire someone to do everything manually... That's the best way... Better stay away from software... It's not going to be forever... They will die soon...
you should specify your question like what you want to submit. if it is article then article marketing robot is such a good option. if it's a bookmarking tool, then bookmarking demon is the way to go. but overall, i will recommend senukex, an all inclusive powerful SEO tool
Software that can submit semi-automatically can help, but auto submissions means that you are wasting your time..... So my advice to not rely on 100% automatic submitter or article spinner and submitter.... If you are succeeded to have results for the time even then you will suffer for this in long run.....
