Hey guys and girls,
I need a casino logo for a Finnish casino website that hasn't been started yet. Here are the details for the logo:

Name/Domain: SuomenEuroCasinot.com
Colors: I want the main colors to be the same as the Finnish flag.
Instructions: This logo will be for a casino site called SuomenEuroCasinot.com which means EuroCasino Finland so
it needs to have Euro/Casino feeling but at the same time also a Finnish feeling.

The winning logo will get paid $59 USD to their PayPal account immediately after I have choosen them as the
winner. The logo contest will end in a week from today!

 

Very interesting. Questions: How would you define Finland? Could you provide an example of pure finnish design? Does minimalism and functionalism (scandinavian design) define Finland's design?

It would be best to post some logos you find to have Finnish feel..

I'm going to try with the lion. Question: Is it allowed to just represent a portion of the lion? Is it allowed to modify in any way the shape of the lion?

For example, the crown was modified. I don't know if this is disrespectful to the coat of arms.

I really like this but it would be much better if the lion would be gold colored and then that the
chip that the lion is inside of has the colors of he Finnish flag http://images.allrefer.com/reference/world/flag-images/finland-flag.gif

Would be good also if the domain-name/title of the logo has the colors of the Finnish flag. I also think it would be best if the .com is
at the end of the domain name.

I dont like the yellow/gold color in the logo. Not sure about the font as well on the word Suomen but maybe
it will look good when you change the gold/yellow color in the domain-name/title.

Sorry you mis-understood me. It was the gold/yellow color in the text not in the lion.
The lion in that gold/yellow color that you had was perfect.

Could you maybe stick with black/blue/white for the text?

 

This is very nice! However I would have loved for the Finnish colors to be included.
