What Should I Do?

I have been spending days trying to figure out whether to pay someone on Warrior Forum or Blackhatworld to promote my new site. Theirs so many SEO services it's driving me crazy. I have no idea what works and what doesn't. I need recommendations in detail what to do in order. Also if their tools you can recommend. I've looked into BMR but they no longer accept new members.

If you want black hate SEO information and advice why wouldn't you asking on one of those forums?

 

I'm not asking for Black Hate specific information. It's a general question to all forms of SEO
