In my opinion best seo tools in 2012 are Google Webmaster tool and Google Analytics. Google Webmaster is really best tools to find out search query and also that get traffic to your website. And Google Analytics is the best tool for seo purpose. It give you analytics report include how many visitor are visit your page, visitor bounce rate and much more information.

I have used Google analytic, Google webmaster tool, Google Adword tool, SEO cockpit, Rankcheker and I thing these are really useful for any SEO analyst.

 

still I believe only google webmaster and gooogle analytic.
