    I can do to avoid flu and colds during the rainy season in our area:

    - Make it a habit every day to consume lots of water, the water is very good for our health and all the activities that we do can run with the maximum.

    - Diligent - diligent about hand washing activity, the aim of preventing the collection of disease-causing germs on the hands.
