    You will get lots of responses, saying start a contest or notes or start buying the real facebook fans. But I would suggest you to focus on some quality pictures with some attractive title to post on your fan page. Then after posting it, tag atleast 20 of your friends on that post with a beautiful picture. Next after couple of hours or the next day tag another 20 friends (note you can tag only 50 of your friends on any single post). Again next day share the same post with another 20 friends. This way your fan page and the post will be displayed on the homepage of your friends' friends feed every day they sign in on facebook.

    Never use this tehnique. If you want to pay for some likes, then pay Facebook Ads. Using this ads you will be sure that your fan are active guys and you can select very easily the exact category of the people you are interested of.

    You can try holding a contest and offering a reward based on your niche for several hundred dollars. (a $500 camera if you were in photography ect.). Then you can make a requirement of the contest you have to like your fan page, make a promotional youtube video, and advertise it, make it end in 2 months and hopefully you'll get a lot of likes.

    You can also buy likes for moderately cheap prices.

    The person said they wanted likes at a rate of 50/day which can be bought for less than $10/day. Facebook ads you could probably get views but maybe more expensive. They never said they wanted active likes just likes. However, you do make a good point and even for expensive campaigns for $5/day you could get your ad 10,000 impressions...

    The FB Ads are not as expensive as they sound like, it depend of the bid you had selected.

    So IF you need likes from active user, I recommend you FB ads.
    IF you need just like, do what ever you want. Maybe buying likes is cheaper(but I will always choose the natural way for likes)

    There are several methods to get likes. People use the software that logins to 1k proxy via 1k FB accounts and each likes Fan Pages you want. Some websites like YouLikeHits use exchange, and some such as LikesMarket use PaidToLike system.

    It is not easy to increase facebook likes. To increase facebook likes you should increase friends and you should do post which are interesting for them. So they will like your post.
