    thanks for many good posts so far. winner will be announced once all entries are in (72 hours left)

    in terms of general feedback:
    1) for new entries, please don't use curved style of X, such as )(
    2) please use the correct company name. for example, in last logo, please provide logo with X instead of C.

    i will get back with more specific feedback on all posts. in general, winning logo would have either (i) distinct and very creative typography, or (ii) logo that conveys a futuristic feel.

    i will get back with more feedback for all other logo entries.

    in terms of some of feedback available at this time:
    @draxter: like your color and transition. Could you please do a version with X instead of C (as company name is incorrect in your previous logo).
    @pehulz: like the typography on NEXT. Could you please use an option with different color (green, or may be the same color will work if it is darker) for X, I, space around E letters (and if possible, separate version using italics instead of regular font).


    As in previous posts, winning logo will have either (i) distinct, very creative typography or (ii) logo that conveys futuristic feel (for example, tech crunch pixelated logo below seems futuristic.

    Some options not tried so far- something with pixelated logo, as it might seem futuristic like Tech Crunch. Alternatively, if possible, some type of light effect (like one used in one of our pages for login screen, or any other type of light effect, as if there is light source behind the logo.
