Slow and steady! Move pretty slow. Just write 1 or 2 unique article every week and submit those to 3 to 5 best quality article websites. And write 1 good press release once in a month and submit those to best 5 PR sites. And do 5 to 10 social bookmarking and create few web 2.0. Thats more than enough for initial 2 to 3 months.
