    Current Value if Nothing is Done: ~$75, the only thing I would see anyone paying for is your domain is exact match to a keyword getting 10k searches a month w/ high competition which means your domain has a little value,

    Value with Posts: If you market correctly, post every 2-3 days actively on topic and work hard then I can easily see a rapid gain of value, gaining hundreds/month (if you work correctly)

    It doesn't have a very high exact match search volume - but the keywords are good. You should be able to get $1000+ for it, if you're patient.

    Slightly optimistic in this current climate, I don't think it's worth anything close to that amount.

    This is a $xx domain imo, much prefer some of your other ones.

    Probably more $150-$200 at the moment. However, if you get a good ranking then it could be more as @ilikegrapes says.
