Google Panda is a change to the Google's search results ranking algorithm that was first released in February 2011.[1] The change aimed to lower the rank of "low-quality sites", and return higher-quality sites near the top of the search results

No, there are not. For obvious reasons Google doesn't publish it's algorithms, only guidelines to what is looking for by applying them. The link to the official blog that I gave in my last post is their statement.

its an algorithm for their search engine - designed to cut out spam and repeat content - however in some cases those sites with the original content have not been creditted and other sites have been seen as being the originators of that content - meaning in many cases Google have penalised the wrong sites.

Google panda is the Google Search engine's algorithm like page rank algorithm. Which is intended to rank the websites either higher or lower and is depends on the quality of the contents, reputation on the web etc.

Its a improvement to google’s search algorithm which helps google to fight content robbers and spammers. This update is similar to caffeine update but it might not impact to most of users same like caffeine did.
