Wanted: PHP programmer for small RSS script

I'm looking for someone to create a small and simple PHP script that reads RSS feeds. What I'll need is a single function with two parameters, the RSS URL I want to fetch from and how many items to output. For example, rssfunction("http://some.site/feed/", 3);

The only output I need is the item's title, which will be linked to the RSS source, followed by the description. Finally a second link with text "Click here to read the rest" to be appended at the end with a link to the RSS source.

I will provide a HTML "template" of how I want the output formatted, you should even be able to take it straight into your code to fill in the blanks. I can also provide RSS samples if needed.
