Hello, I have 20 domains, with keywords in them, undeveloped. All the domains are related to Migraine Headaches. I have 20 keyword phrases that I want to compete for and reach #1 for in Google. They all have low competition and I think I can easily rank for them. My question: Should I use 1 website to compete for these keywords or should I develop 20 websites (one website for each keyword)? Please keep in mind that I already own the 20 .com domains that go with the keywords. My product is an E-book about Migraines that I wish to sell and it would sell easy for any of these keywords. I do not know if it is possible to rank for 20 different keywords with one website, and if so what would you with the other 20domains that have the keywords in their name? Thanks for any information.
If you've already got the 20 domains I'd say definitely go for 20 separate niche sites. You can even link between them to push link juice through all of the sites.
I would build out one authority site on migraine headaches, and try to rank inner pages for the keywords you're targetting. Building out 20 sites and getting each one to top two position will be a major grind, and cost much more money.
It is very hard to do this for 20 websites... This is 20 times more work than ONE page... I would go for 1 and try to rank it for several keywords, and then constantly try to rank others
