Really great domains. Your PR5 domains are really cheap, but they don't have a backlinks at all.

sure, this domain cheap because of that, if i have pr 5 with high quality backlink, i will sell at much higher price, $250-$300, for people that have much money they can buy it, but for poor people or not enough budget, i just provide domain like this, and it's hard for me to catch high quality PR 5. if you only need backlinks, just build backlinks by yourself or buy for another seller, and it's will be save alot your money. or you can buy 2 or 3 domain than do link exchange each domain.

after the next pr update, surely they will loose their PR then whats the use in buying them.

fine, let me tell you something, you can check my threads selling before, over half of them still keep their pagerank even without a single backlinks, you know what's the most important thing that can keep the pagerank safe after the domain change owner, it's that backlinks? i think not that. it's how you build website on it, it's about content you create, and make many loyal visitor, that's the most important thing. even if domain have good backlink, but there are not good content and not make you visitor happy the pagerank will go down, i was sold some domain like that and the pagerank loss even with thousand backlink. i sell both type domain, with good backlink and poor backlink. i sell domain acording to demand and how buyer thinks not based i think , many buyer (people) think that backlink can make sure the pagerank so i sell domain pagerank with good backlink expensive and sell poor backlink at cheap price. if i sell domain based on my think i will sell all of my domain at same price with or without backlinks.
