Paypal is the safest way to make money transactions wherever in the world right now especially if you're worried of identity theft.

I'm in South Africa, and even though there has been some problems with Paypal in the past (most notably in my mind, Wikileaks' Hurricane Katrina donation fiasco) it seems to stay legit. Great if you don't want to try and provide credit card security on your site, Paypal handles payments offsite.

If you are selling online goods, you can use Plimus as well. I also offer safecharge or gate2shop

We have had alot of out of country purchasers use Paypal as its the easiest to qualify for if your from out of country. This also protects your sale should things go sideways. Credit cards are tough to get qualified or authorized from out of country, plus there is an additional fee from the Credit Card companies for using an out of country charge card.

Paypal is the safest way to send and receive money without worries of identity theft. Though they do have certain restrictions and limitations to some countries. You can check their terms and conditions.

Yes, you might want to consider also moneybookers. Just take a look at the so called lancing sites, like freelancer which have all the moneybookers payment option added.

All are using the paypal .But nobody knows why paypal become too much famous. Paypal become due to hosting companies only. Skrill and Neteller are famous for gambling. In India, Government banned the all cards which provide by International company skrill or neteller etc Its a dull............I prefer all the companies but moneybookers going to increase the prices.

I do not agree in using Moneybookers. My account which is basically a business account which could not get verified because of their stupid mail thingy which does not send out of the UK did not reach myself and we have to let our money SIT there for 30 days before we could even think of withdrawing the money.

PayPal might be a better way but be aware that PayPal has a lot of problems when it comes to getting chargeback and ID Theft and stuff like that. Either way, the risks are quite big and technically it's not something you could ignore. The safest way would be like for example... Liberty Reserve, Cashu or etc. Unfortunately it's not the best way either.
