    What this message actually is and is there any effect (bad or good) on my site ranking.

    Well, its good that your traffic is increasing. Since Google has alarmed you for this rise in traffic, so you must be careful regarding the source of traffic. I think Google is believing that you are getting traffic using some trick which is why it is alerting you.
