    You can do link building for your site. This is the best way of getting traffic, because your site/blog can come in the top in Search only through Link Building and when your site/blog will be come in the first in search every one will click at your in the time of searching.

    I'll definitely do that for higher ranking but that will take time. I want to use some other method too that is faster than that. Though I'll get less traffic but that's even important for me.

    If you want to get traffic to your blog, you should do the following:
    - submit blog to different directories
    - use Google friend connection and invite friends to join your page
    - ping your blog to some social book marketing
    - post your blog at forum and social net work like my space, twitter, face book
    These methods can help you.

    PPC is the fastest way to get traffic to a webpage/website... Though it could cost you to default on your house... :)

    Another very fast way is to submit a Press Release....

    The fastest way to generate traffic in my eyes is creating good quality content and submitting it to ezines (online magazines) and get them to send it to their email lists. This can give you a huge boost in traffic. Make sure to find a good quality ezine related to your niche/market, and make sure your article is 100% yours and unique to what you are selling. Do not make it a sales letter you can soft sell a bit, but an ezine wants good content not a sales letter.

    Yea you can go for buying traffic like in Google adwords to get it fast.

    Otherwise you have to spend time in getting traffic.

    I suggest you start start link building for your sites and start getting good quality backlinks through blog commenting, SMO(social media optimization), joined forums and participate there, social bookmarking and directory submission , classifieds etc.

    The fastest way is to simply buy traffic to your website, all the other methods will eventually give you "natural" traffic, the operative word being "eventually". Just keep doing what you're doing, don't give up when you don't see immediate results.
