Buying Drupal developer needed

I have 3 Drupal projects that I need assistance with. I need a Drupal expert for 1) setup & consultation (someone who knows Drupal well and top plugins, etc.), 2) Drupal themes from our PSDs and fully validated html, 3) Drupal configuration and troubleshooting.

Expert needed with a minimum of 2 years experience / 5 complex Drupal sites
