It is Mr.Chris Farrell's services. He is an Englishman,now living in Los Angels,US.
He started IM in Feb 2008 and he is very successfull.
It is especially for newbies,but I am not sure what sort of info you are after. Worth a try.

 

Yeah might be a good investment but other than that you can just look around other successful bloggers and learn how they make money. Find a mentor or some sort who you can personally get in touch with or ask when you have doubts.

this is quite a wide question as there are diferent types of internet marketing and there are loads of courses in each field, there are plenty of free courses tho so dont go blowing loads of money on courses when the information is all over the internet for free
