since not sure which keyord ur targeting cannot talk more on this.. if its a profitable keyword like "make money online", then in that case its tough to get traffic.. make sure to target reasonable targeted keywords.. and try once again for other keywords for PR's.. and try to submit as many PR's as U can..

I think Press release can be more powerful if the news is attractive.but article is easilier to get some backlinks and some traffic.
