    We are selling here site with theme "Liverpool FC fans site" (international site) Site's original language is slovak and czech, can be easily translated into english, french, german, russian and many others by clicking icons on the top of the site (included google translator) It has almost 500 registered users now, about 50 people are active article writers and info posters. Also it has special module for online streams, when Liverpool FC plays its matches. article writers, most of community members and current admin are slovak and czech and these people belong to registered users (their do it because they like and support the liverpool fc, lfcway site and the community too). I give the buyer all necessary contacts - to current admin, article writers. They will keep up their work in a future. Analytics report [​IMG] traffic is between 28-33000 each month, and it is increasing. Also Facebook group is a part of sale, with almost 500 members inside. New articles from the site are automatically posted on the facebook wall. Revenues come from direct banners sale and direct links sale, also from automatic links sale (in the footer). You can put your adsense there or whatever, but u will have to find your own way of monetization. Banners can be removed on the 1st May 2012. Links - depends on which one.. its different link by link. Daily it has usually from 1 to 3 new articles.. so it is very often updated and with unique content. Earlier it had pagerank 4, but with no reason it has pagerank 3 now. If u have a question, use pm .. also we can debate your offers (i can close auction earlier, if i get good offer). Domain and site transfer ? Paypal payment and we change domain registrator to yours, or if u dont have, we will change registrator to godaddy.com and then we make standard push to your godaddy account.

    i think the reason could be that most of the visitors are from Czech or slovakia.

    I have sent you a few PMs people.
    Alexa? We dont care about that. Its because Alexa doesnt reflect other than us content sites i think.
    We care about pagerank (link sales) and not too much. The most important for us are visitors and traffic.

    Content is unique and manually posted. Its from web authors, their articles, mostly unique. Some - just few percents - come from english articles - as they were translated.
    Revenue source - its written inside 1st post. Mostly direct banners sale and direct links sale (PLS READ).
    Sale reason is not enough time - real life - girlfriend, we plan family life like kids, friends, pet and so on, as u probably know.
    There are no other payment methods. I have paypal only right now, i'd like to close it probably in the future, if i wont need it anymore, so i dont wanna open any more "internet wallets".

    But this sale proccess is so slow.. i just replied for about 10 PMs :-(

    sorry i give site to my friend who is one frome the publishers (article authors).
    i never met such a person, who tells me im trying to steal anyone for *** 80 bucks. until i put site lfway.com here for the auctions. closed
