I suggest you go and read their TOS

    http://www.iconarchive.com/terms.html
    Code (markup):
The TOS should contain the answer to your question (hopefully )

You really need to be spoonfed, huh?

I picked an icon set at random: http://www.iconarchive.com/show/blueprint-icons-by-double-j-design.html

It clearly shows the licence and gives a link to the explanation of that particular licence: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/

I doubt they could make it any easier.

    Check this website. http://www.iconfinder.com/
This has no issue with copy rights......! Because there are so many online chart designing tool use this website APIs to search the icons and use it for their chart. So whatever the icons comes from this site has no copy rights issue.

There's a world of difference between a site having no issue with copyright, and the end user being able to use them. If you use stolen content on your site it is still stolen and you are still open to any legal action that the copyright holder may wish to bring. Better hope it's not Getty!
