    That's a great question, I wish I had a concrete response to give you. Unfortunately credit card processing is something that we don't have a time frame for.

    Awesome I got charged back by user.

    I have very old Alerpay account , I have a website will 1000's of users , and i use that account to pay my users. Yesterday i received a payment and user charged back on me today after receiving service.

    Now can you help me in this ?

    The senders account received fraudulent funds from someone who had been compromised. The original owner of the account called about this. As per our TOS, we will reserve the right to reverse fraudulent payments.

    Recently I ordered an AlertPay Visa USD card and got the confirmation mail about 6 days ago that the card has been shipped. I hope you guys shipped that. I am getting not very convincing review from the other AlertPay VISA card holders. They are saying they are having difficulties on adding VISA card on their alertpay account. I don't know whether the card is the one issued by AlertPay or from others. Please assure me that the USD card is working fine for making payment online. Thanks

    I'm sure this gets asked a lot but, when are you going to start processing credit cards? From what I understand, this feature has been turned off for over a year? I think I saw something on your website that this feature would return "shortly", but the post was from well over a year ago.

    You will be able to use the card for online shopping, as well as use it at a real point of service and ATMs world wide. As for reports of the difficulties adding the card to the AlertPay account, there is no need to add it. Once the card is ordered it will automatically be linked to the AlertPay account.     Ya, I know that. Even I went to the AlertPay stall on the BASIS soft fair, where you launched it. Thanks AlertPay to start such a way to get money easily.

    But you are asking for photo ID, proof of address and Bank document for adding a Bank account. I can provide photo ID and Bank document. But I can't provide any utility bill where my name will be appearing as my father pays the bill. I discussed about this with one of the person on the fair. He assured me that he will discuss about this with associated authority. I don't know whether he has done it or not, but I can say many of us from Bangladesh will fail to provide such documents as most of the freelancers are student. So I am paying your attention on that issue.

    With respect to the documents needed to add a bank account, here are the latest news: You will only need to send one (1) proof of address. It can be either a bank statement OR a credit card statement OR a utility bill. This means you pick one of the 3 choices above as a proof of address + you submit a photo ID.

    Hey Rose, I could not meet with Chris unfortunately. At the time I visited he was not there :(

    I tried to add a Bank account with the two documents. But this is what coming

    "You did not select a file. Please select a file on your computer to upload to AlertPay."

    So you need to remove one of the option there.


    Update: I uploaded Passport copy as 'Photo ID' and Bank Statement both as 'Bank document' and 'Proof of address". I hope you will accept it. Thanks.
