I need some great ideas that will generate me traffic. I am doing SEO and a lot of social networking, but I think there some other great ways like contests or adding content...... I have a social network www.resocialclub.com and I need new members there asap. What do you think, any good ideas?
I would advise to get backlinks, and target your keywords? Outside from doing social networking, I`m going to assume your going to every local meetups at meetup.com events in studio city,santa monica, or la area.
Video marketing campaigns is a good idea, also do some social bookmarking and tweeting (it does help to follow people and unfollow those that don't follow back. keep tweeting cool stuff they'd be glad to read like quotes etc).
This sounds like a great site to market on LinkedIn.. I know tons of realtors are on there.. You can also hit up a few realtor sites and act like your interested in a property. When they email you back, just let them know you decided to go with another one and have a catchy link in your signature.. Like RESocialclub.com <= The #1 social network for Realtors You'll also want to get active on realestateinvestor.com. They have a thread just of realtors. Add your site in the sig and get to work... and Facebook has plenty of groups and fanpages dedicated to realtors. If you have a fanpage, like other fanpages with it and comment on posts and like people's comments.. When you like their comment, it shows up in their notifications. If you have a catchy name for your fanpage, you'll get tons of people coming back.. Hope this helps.. Good luck
build backlinks, write blogs, post coments on blogs, open acounts with every social network, only get backlinks from PR1 minimum i aim for PR5 but its ur choice
Try the usual: craigslist and backpage. Backpage has real estate in their services section, I think. And you can post in the housing section as well. Make sure you have your site URL in the titles as the titles are still do follow.
Try Google Pay Per Click advertisement or Facebook advertisement for quick and instant increase in your website traffic through paid way.

Specific target your adds to as many related fields that you can find or just some good choices that bring up high "target people results" on the right hand side of the add set up page... Create a nice looking professional add with some short clear copy... The main factors for creating a good facebook add that gets clicks are... Spend some time chososing good specific targeting keywords... Create a professional glossy add image that is as targeted to your market as possible... Write short to the point copy for the add... Very targeted so it ties into your "specific targeting choices" Choose cpm instead of cpc... You will het cheaper clicks to your site... Remember the keyword is targeting... this will define how cheap your clicks end up being. Sure fire way of traffic... If I were you I would have a more direct message on the home page of your site directing people more clearly s to what you want them to do. Looks like you might want to consider building a Facebook page seeded ready to go, twitter account.Get some posts on the site Blog. etc Hope that helps as a start.
