I don't believe it is possible, I tried awhile back and couldn't figure it out. Plus from a bit of research I could only find people saying it can't be done, never found anything helpful.

You can not add plugins in your free Wordpress site or blog, as there is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM

Sometimes it's worth getting yourself some cheap hosting, a domain and getting a blog set up yourself. Many hosts offer one click Wordpress installs and you can grab a free theme from so many places. Then you can create the site you actually want and months down the line even look at buying a theme or sprucing it up.

you cannot add plugins to a WordPress.com blog. WordPress.com already has more built-in SEO than any plugins can add to an external blog. Plugins can only be added to a blog that is hosted somewhere else using WordPress.org software.

You can't but I would highly recommend just getting a cheap host that has a one click install for wordpress - it's easy to install and you can do a lot more with it than you can with the free wordpress

Free WP site or blog will not allow to add Plugins because Editor Section will be disabled.

I don't know. But why not just purchase an affordable web hosting plan and a domain and install Wordpress to take advantage of all plugins?

As per my suggestion you can't download or add wordpress plugin to your free .com. you should go for FTP n domain required. Thank you.
