    How to create this.

    Please help me step by step with examples if possible.

    Hi,

    I guess you are talking about this:

    Page A -----> Page B ----> Page C. Where Page C is your site, and tier 2 link is the link from Page A to Page B? Right?

    If this is the case then...You can make squidoo, hub pages, blogspot and wordpress free blogs as Page B, and can make links to these pages from social bookmark sites, article sites etc. In theory.... not advised, in practice... advised.
