Submit website to yahoo

Why i cant submit website to yahoo, when i click "Submit Your Site for Free" its redirect to Bing webmaster tools.
anybody know about this? is there have another way to submit a website to yahoo.

Submitting your website to yahoo means submit the URL of your website to directly yahoo search engine so that your website visible in yahoo search engine within day.

I have added your site a couple of months ago in Bing Webmasters, but my site is not available in the index, nor Bing nor Yahoo.How much time should be so that the site was in the index Bing and Yahoo ?

 

According to my observations it is the slowest search engines, whether or not at all take off work, and they give a little search traffic. Am I right ?
