    If you didn't fill out your actual age/date of birth when you first signed up with Paypal, then no, they won't find out.

    I can't remember exactly but I thought they allowed 16 year olds with their parent's consent.

    You can open a paypal account at any age from 13 to 99 (if the strenght will be with you :p)
