How to Win Chargbacks?

Hello Everyone,

I have a website from where i am selling my services and a few days ago one of person had bought a $400 package from my website, and his site got #1 serp in couple of days, and i have sent reports on his email address. But after a few days he filed a chargeback against that purchase and now paypal hold my hard earned $400.

Can anybody have any good experience with paypal chargback ? as i can read on internet or everywhere mostly buyer win this !

Help me guy's if you have any solution ?

I am wondering how to win chargebacks at my site "Moola Mails" because my chargebacks come back with the option to dispute with shipping info. I sell advertising so I can't send them any shipping info. Please help me as well.

 

Send all documents to paypal.I think you can't get the money.paypal always side with the buyer

 

The only way to win a chargeback is to provide all the proof and justifications and presented them in a logical way.

 

you can win depend to both of your conversation, if you submit all evidence to paypal and proof you're right then i'm sure 100% you can win the dispute. i have the experienced before and i won back my money.
but im my case i'm the buyer.

i had the same case last year while i was selling a downloadable digital product.
Paypal refunded the money to the buyer finally,
even i provided the proof of the buyer have downloaded my document.

 

if its just a dispute ,than claim it & provide full conservation to paypal,,

 

This is why paypal sucks. For all transaction to chargebacks, because its a credit card it sides with the buyer.

But, you can file a dispute with the financial institution aka bank, by appealing what has happened, but you need to provide them what has happened. I repeat, do not go with paypal.

When this happens, it will reverse the process accordingly, with paypal.
