    People don't get scammed with this guy..
    He has sold many Domain PR..
    if you can see the DOmain is dropped with no backlinks..

    How can the dropped domain with no backlinks has HIGH PR...
    the only one answer is using Valid the Fake PR...

    Please be Aware.. don't waste your money with trash domain that will be n/a PR after google update it...

    for seller please stop selling the fake domain...

    I just bought another domain from this guy. This Guy is not a SCAMMER. The above guy is wrongly accusing him. I have bought around 5 domains from him so far. As far as the pagerank is concerned you can also check at - http://www.checkpagerank.net/index.php .
